Will Caradoc-Hodgkins launched his first architectural practice in 1986, which still exists today. A thirst to get back to what made him tick in the first place, Studio CH for Caradoc-Hodgkins Architects Ltd was born to showcase his passion for architecture and design.
His approach is intuitive but his responses are practical and process driven. His preference is to create solutions through dialogue with the client. He is an architect with a fine freehand, who likes to sketch, to explore and to stretch the imagination. Educated in the UK, USA and Australia he draws on a wide knowledge of cultures, bringing to his projects a vision beyond the obvious.
His extensive portfolio of work encompasses multi million pound developments in the commercial sector together with design, build and refurbishment in the private residential market. Will has an extensive knowledge of buildings and where historic and listed properties are concerned he has wide experience with planning authorities. Developed organically through the architectural arm, interior design and furniture has also become an integral part of what the practice does.
We oversee every part of the project, both commercial and domestic, and we work closely with a select number of well established building companies, chosen through a common desire to do high quality and interesting design. We strive to deliver on budget and on time, but we hope to never lose sight of the design.
As a practice, we also love to search out properties with potential... it’s what we do. Flights of fancy become reality.
